Although we attempt to have Maple Syrup available year round, this is not always possible.  It is best to call ahead for current availability of syrup, maple butter, maple sugar etc.  We package in various containers,  also gift baskets.  Wholesale inquiries are priced individually, as are special requests for maple syrup for weddings or other functions.  Custom labelling is available.

Our maple syrup is federally inspected annually by the by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

DEMONSTRATIONS

During the Maple season, which occurs during March and early April, we are open to the public for maple syrup demonstrations.  The sap flow is unpredictable and sporadic, therefore we strongly suggest you phone (905-852-9418) ahead before visiting the farm to check on conditions.

We invite you to take a self-guided walk through the sugar bush to see how the sap is collected.    The trails may be snowy, icy or muddy (bring appropriate footwear).  We then invite you to observe how we turn the watery sap into delicious, pure maple syrup.  This process will be taking place providing we have sap available to boil, again, call ahead for current conditions.

On weekends only during the maple season we offer a pancake & sausage brunch from 9am to 3:00pm.  At the present time, seating is limited , therefore, groups wishing to eat should call ahead to reserve space.  Also on weekends only, you may sample maple taffy on the snow.  Maple products may be purchased Tuesday thru Sunday.

Group tours are priced individually, please contact us to arrange your visit.  A limited number of tours are accepted, so please book early.
